Although it is a complex procedure when people choose a new home, it is really down to the ambience of the setting which often dictates if the home is suitable or not. It may all well be good to have the pool in the yard, and the view from the property may be absolutely stunning, but if it does not feel right then there is really no point in living there.
A great agent will certainly try to ascertain what the client wants from this new place and will go out of his way to make sure that they are happy. If the client is happy with the service, they will often bring in other family and friends to buy property through the same agent so keeping them happy is paramount. They may also come back in future when it is time to upgrade to a larger property when the family is growing.
